A signature campaign is started by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board against the Uniform Civil Code requesting all Muslims residing in India and abroad to sign it.

Muslim families must sign the forms prescribed by AIMPB, opposing any move to interfere with Sharia or Islamic laws. The forms can be downloaded for Men here and Women here.

Appeal by All India Muslim Personal Law for all Muslim to download the forms, sign them along with family members and submit them to the respective mosques as the arrangement will be done in the mosques across the nation.

For the Muslims living in Middle east, Gulf, Europe and America please fill the form, sign and email to AIMPLB at  aimplboard@gmail.com and to the Law commission at secy.president@rb.nic.in, ncw@nic.in, lci-dia@nic.in.

Each form can be signed by eight adult family members along with their names and addresses.

The filled-in and signed forms will be forwarded to AIMPLB from the mosques, which propose to submit them to the President and the Law Commission.

Note : – All the Forms must be signed and submitted on or before 11-November-2016.

صوفی ِاعظم مفسرِقرآن حضرت مولانا شاہ محمد کمال الرحمٰن صاحب دامت برکاتہم

 

محتر م بز رگو اور عز یز بھا ئیو اور بہنو ، با ئیسو یں پا رے کے رکو ع نمبر ۱۳ کی سور ہ فا طر کی تین آیات پڑھی گئی ہیں اس میں بہت سا دہ پیرا ئے میں اللہ تعالی نے ایک خصو صی حکم عطا ء فر ما یا اور پو رے عا لم انسا نی کو اللہ پا ک نے مخا طب بنا یا یاا یھا النا س اے لو گو اس قسم کے کلمات یا الفا ظِ قرآنی جب آپ کے گو ش و گز ار کئے جا تے ہیں تو خا ص طور پر خصو صی منشا ء ہو تا ہے قر آن مجید کااور مفسر ین کرام تفا سیر کی رو شنی میں اس کو سمجھا تے ہیں اور آیات کی و روایا ت کی رو شنی میں بتلا تے ہیں اللہ تعالی نے قر آن مجید میں کہیں پر یا ایھا الذین اٰمنو کہ کر خطا ب فر مایا اور کہیں پر خا ص کفا ر کو خطا بی شکل میں یا ایھا لکا فر و ن کہ کر عتا ب ہو ا عام طو رپر احکام اہلِ ایمان کو دیئے جا تے ہیں اسی لئے یا ایھا الذین أٰ منو کہکر با الخصو ص صاحب ایمان انسا نو ں کو مختلف نصیحتو ں اور احکام پر مشتمل قر آن مجید میں آیات کے ذریعہ سے جگہ جگہ خطا ب فر ما یا گیا لیکن کہیں کہیں یا ایھا النا س کہکر مخا طبت ہو تی ہے اس کا تر جمہ ہے اے لو گو اس میں خا ص طو ر پر اللہ کا منشا ء یہ ہوتا ہے جیسا کہ مفسر ین سمجھا تے ہیں کہ اللہ تعا لی کسی شخصِ خا ص کو یہ بات بتا نا نہیں چاہ رہے ہیں کسی فر دِ خا ص کو یا کسی گر و ہِ خا ص کو کسی طبقۂ خاص کو کسی سمتِ خا ص میں رہنے والے کو چہا ر دانگِ عا لم میں کسی خا ص سمت میں مقا م میں جہت میں مو قع میں کا لو ں گورو ں کی تقسم کے اعتبا ر سے یا ما ننے والے نہیں ما ننے والے ان تقسیمو ں کے اعتبا رسے تخصیص کر کے اللہ نے حکم نہیں دیا بلکہ
